Overview
CEN ISO/TS 18234-1:2013 (TPEG1-INV) is the introductory Technical Specification for the TPEG Generation 1 (TPEG1) binary data format used for Traffic and Travel Information (TTI). It provides an index to the complete TPEG1 toolkit, explains numbering and versioning, and defines the Application Identification (AID) scheme that allows new TPEG applications to be indexed and managed as the TPEG family grows. Published in 2013 (second edition), this document supersedes the 2006 edition and forms the entry point for implementers using TPEG1 binary streams.
