IEC 60748-4-3:2006 - "Semiconductor devices - Integrated circuits - Part 4-3: Interface integrated circuits - Dynamic criteria for analogue-digital converters (ADC)" specifies measuring methods, terminology and requirements for testing ADCs under dynamic conditions.
