IEC 61966-2-5:2007 - "Multimedia systems and equipment - Colour measurement and management - Part 2‑5: Colour management - Optional RGB colour space - opRGB" defines an for use in computer systems and similar applications. The standard specifies reference display and viewing conditions and gives unambiguous between opRGB digital code values and CIE 1931 XYZ tristimulus values. Rendering beyond the defined reference conditions (device‑specific rendering intents) is explicitly out of scope.
