IEC 62841-4-4:2020

Overview

IEC 62841-4-4:2020 (consolidated with Amendment 1, 2024) is the International Electrotechnical Commission standard that specifies safety and performance requirements for electric motor‑operated hand‑held and walk‑behind lawn and garden machines used by a standing operator. It covers lawn trimmers, lawn edge trimmers, grass trimmers, brush cutters and brush saws for cutting grass, weeds, brush and similar vegetation.
