ISO 1481:2011

Overview

ISO 1481:2011 specifies the characteristics of slotted pan head tapping screws-commonly called tapping screws with a slotted pan head-covering thread sizes ST 2,2 to ST 9,5 inclusive. The standard defines dimensions, head and end types, material and mechanical requirements, finishes, tolerances and designation formats so manufacturers, purchasers and users have a common specification for these fasteners.
