ISO 16525-7:2014 - "Adhesives - Test methods for isotropic electrically conductive adhesives - Part 7: Environmental test methods" specifies environmental ageing and durability test methods for used in surface assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The standard defines procedures for cold, dry heat, damp heat and temperature-change tests, plus measurement and reporting practices to assess electrical and mechanical performance after environmental exposure.
