ISO 23088:2020 - Gas cylinders: Periodic inspection and testing of welded steel pressure drums (capacities up to 1 000 L) specifies procedures and requirements for the periodic inspection and testing of transportable welded steel pressure drums with water capacities from 150 L up to 1 000 L and test pressures up to 300 bar, intended for compressed and liquefied gases. The standard is written for alignment with the UN Model Regulations and reflects current industry practice for safe re‑introduction of drums into service.
