A report should be made for each sample taken. If the sample is divided into a number of equivalent portions, a copy of the report should accompany each portion. An example of a typical report is given in an annex.

ISO 5306:1983 - Fertilizers - Presentation of sampling reports specifies the information that must appear in sampling reports for consignments of fertilizers.
