ISO 7176-14:2022 - Wheelchairs - Part 14: Power and control systems for electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters - Requirements and test methods - defines safety, performance and test requirements for the electrical power and control subsystems of powered wheelchairs and scooters. The standard applies to electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters with a maximum speed of 15 km/h, intended for indoor and/or outdoor mobility for one disabled person whose mass falls within the range specified in ISO 7176-11.
