Overview
ISO 9119:1990 specifies requirements and test methods for the binding mounting area of cross-country skis. It defines the area on the ski where parts of toe-clip bindings (in accordance with ) may be mounted, sets dimensional and surface requirements, and describes mechanical tests to verify screw retention and stripping resistance. Alpine skis are explicitly excluded.
