What is PAS 2035/2030 – Retrofitting dwellings about? The UK Government Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) is committed to raising the standard of delivery of energy retrofits and continues to sponsor the development and revisions of the PAS 2035/2030 documents. PAS 2035 is a specification, with guidance, covering all the elements involved in the energy retrofitting of existing homes and PAS 2030 specifies requirements for installing energy efficiency measures in existing homes. PAS 2035/2030:2023 combines and updates both documents. Who is PAS 2035/2030 - Retrofitting dwellings for?
