Overview
EN ISO 19410-1:2022 - Footwear sizing - Inshoe measurement - Part 1: Shoe length (ISO 19410-1:2022) is a CEN-endorsed international standard that defines a laboratory method to measure the effective shoe length (insole-based) used to accommodate the foot. The method applies to closed shoes and boots and is not applicable to heel- and toe-open footwear (e.g., sandals). Results are used to predict nominal shoe size by comparison with ISO/TS 19407 last-length tables.
