Abstract
Overview
ISO 11909:2007 specifies general test methods for polyisocyanate resins and their solutions intended as binders in paints, varnishes and related products. The standard consolidates recommended laboratory tests to assess key quality attributes - such as colour, viscosity, non-volatile matter (NVM), density, flashpoint and isocyanate (NCO) content - and includes a normative Annex (Annex A) for the determination of isocyanate content.
