Abstract
Overview
ISO 28139:2019/Amd 1:2024 is the latest amendment to the international standard focusing on knapsack combustion engine-driven airblast sprayers used for crop protection. This standard, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in collaboration with the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), establishes as well as to ensure these agricultural sprayers operate reliably and safely. It aligns with ISO’s commitment to providing comprehensive guidelines for agricultural machinery under ISO/TC 23, Subcommittee SC 6.
