ISO 5547:2008 | IDF 91:2008 is an internationally recognized reference method for determining the free acidity of caseins. Developed jointly by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Dairy Federation (IDF), this standard specifies a precise laboratory procedure for measuring free acidity in caseins derived from acid precipitation, lactic fermentation, or rennet coagulation.
