ISO 7363:1986 - "Cranes and lifting appliances - Technical characteristics and acceptance documents" defines the form, presentation and minimum content of the technical and acceptance documents that a manufacturer should supply with cranes and lifting appliances. Acceptance and delivery documents (Annex A.4–A.5)

Specimen acceptance documents to record test results, technical data in as‑supplied condition, and signatures of a competent person witnessing final tests.

Warnings and user responsibilities

Documents shall be available to owners/operators/inspectors; owners/users must have equipment examined and tested by a competent person before use.
