Overview
SIST EN ISO 11052:2007 specifies a standardized method for the determination of yellow pigment content in durum wheat flour and semolina (Triticum durum L.). Published by the Slovenian Institute for Standardization (SIST), this standard adopts the methods outlined in and EN ISO 11052:2006. The yellow pigment, primarily carotenoids, is a key quality attribute influencing the appearance of durum wheat products such as pasta.
