Overview

IEC 62841-2-10:2017 (consolidated with Amendment 1, 2024) is the international safety standard that sets particular requirements for hand-held mixers - motor‑operated tools designed to stir liquids or mix building materials (concrete, plaster, etc.). It supplements the general requirements of IEC 62841-1:2014 and applies to mixers with a rated voltage ≤ 250 V (single‑phase a.c./d.c.) or ≤ 480 V (three‑phase a.c.) and a rated input ≤ 3 700 W.
