ISO 26322-1:2008

Overview

ISO 26322-1:2008 - "Tractors for agriculture and forestry - Safety - Part 1: Standard tractors" sets out general safety requirements and verification for the design and construction of standard agricultural and forestry tractors. It applies to tractors with at least two axles for pneumatic-tyred wheels (rear axle track gauge > 1 150 mm) or tracked machines, with an unballasted mass greater than 600 kg. The standard also specifies required manufacturer information on safe working practices and residual risks. Note: ISO 26322-1:2008 is not applicable to vibration or braking.
