Overview
ISO 389-9:2009 - "Acoustics - Reference zero for the calibration of audiometric equipment - Part 9" specifies preferred test conditions for determining human hearing thresholds used to establish standardized . The standard defines subject selection, test environment, procedures, transducer handling and calibration, and signal requirements so that threshold data from different laboratories can be collated and compared reliably.
